Makena was so eggscited for Easter this year. Maybe because it meant so many eggs with so little time. Or maybe, it was just all the candy. Probably the candy! We had many events for Easter this year. Playgroups, library trips, parties, and of course the BIG day. Chris hid all of the eggs throughout the house and yard for her to find. 
It was so much fun to watch her walk past so many eggs to get to one in sight.

Her favorite toy from her Easter basket was a Zhu Zhu pet. Her cousin had got one for Christmas and she loved the thing. So I thought a pink one would be perfect.
Makena loved helping me put together Chris' Easter basket as well. She could hardly wait to give it to him after we had gone to the store to buy everything.
