We finally have pictures of Makena's kitchen. This is what she got for her birthday present. Thanks Ammie, Papa, Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma and Grandpa. She has been so excited waiting for it to show up. She has been asking about her kitchen every day, since we ordered it. Now all she says all day is "play kitchen" which of course means she wants us to play kitchen with her. It is cute to see her learning pretend play. Learning that she does not really have to try and eat the food, but that she just has to pretend
She loves telephones and is so excited her kitchen comes with a phone.

That is too cute. What a fun b-day present. Isn't it funny how kids want to imitate what they see you do everyday like cook and talk on the phone!

ReplyDeleteSuper cute kitchen! It is amazing to me what some kids like and others don't. When my niece was about 4 she got a kitchen from Santa. She never played with and they just took it to the DI after about 3 months of it just taking up space...LOL! I am glad you didn't waste your money!
